Privacy policy.

At Paul Cox Sculpture, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers who visit our website and buy direct from shows or the studio. We would like you to know that we do not share your data with anybody else. You can find out exactly what data we store below. In order for me to process orders, take payments, record and log them so that I can file accounts to HMRC. I use several different companies to help with this they are all listed below. Under each you will be able to see what they process and a link to their privacy policy. Thanks for your support. 

Types of Data we Store

Your name, your business name (if applicable), Items that you purchased, your email address, and your delivery address 

Invoicing

If you have placed an order with us then we will have created an invoice for you using Xero, you can find their full privacy policy here.

We store your name, your business name (if applicable), your email address, your billing address, your shipping address and your telephone number. If supplied we may also hold your website URL. 

We also keep details of all of your orders and payments.

Web Hosting

This web store is hosted by square space. They have access to the information relating to your order you can view their full privacy policy here 

Online Payments

When an order is placed online the card payment is processed by a secure payment gateway company Stripe you can find out their full privacy policy here

Face to Face Payments 

When you make a purchase with a card at a show or come to my studio payments are processed by izettle you can view their full privacy policy here

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.paul-cox.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Paul Cox Sculpture is GDPR compliant

Please note your details are kept private. Only the companies listed above that support payments, invoicing and record keeping have access to the data. please check individual privacy policies for further information. 

Paul Cox Sculpture will keep records for seven years - before adequate disposal.

Paul Cox Sculpture does not have access to your card details, they are not stored on my website or server, they are processed by an independent secure payment gateway "Stripe". 

Under the freedom of information act, 2000, you are able to request information on what details Paul Cox Sculpture holds on you or any details about the business.  Correspondence will be in writing with in four weeks - a charge may incur if the request is unfounded or excessive.
